Homemade smoothie : Add a few fruits and a little vegetable milk to a healthy and energizing drink that will bring you vitamins and calcium.
Spirulina : the algae of sportsmen par excellence. It contains a high protein level and it also allows good oxygenation of the muscles. You can add it to your smoothies or salads.

Drink sips every 15 to 20 minutes. It is important to drink regularly, even if you are not thirsty.
For activities that last longer than 2 hours, it is better to opt for a sweet drink enriched with minerals and BCAA. Avoid, however, cold and carbonated drinks.

The effectiveness of stretching to improve recovery remains a controversial subject.
The practice of passive stretching is mainly beneficial for our well-being. However, stretching after a specific workout (endurance or strength) should be planned in moderation: after a running workout, for example, stretching with 2-3 sets of 15-30 seconds per muscle group would improve recovery.

Why running on an empty stomach in the morning can bring something into our training?
To run on an empty stomach is to run in the morning without having eaten anything. In the morning, our last meal usually goes back to around 10 hours.
Our glycogen stores in our body are therefore quite low. And glycogen is sugar as it is stored by our muscles.
Do not worry, a low stock means lower than normal, we still have reserves. And our body has a lot of reserves thanks to the fat it stores.
Running on an empty stomach means running a little more on the lipid chain than usual, which is why fasting training is often popular in diets.
This is effective because we burn more fat running on an empty stomach.

One owes the notion of umami to the Japanese chemist Kikunae Ikeda, who thanks to his highly developed palate, discovered in 1908, during his experiments, this fifth flavor alongside the sweet, salty, bitter and acidic.
In 1985, at the first Umami International Symposium in Hawaii, the term umami was officially recognized as the scientific term for the taste of glutamates and nucleotides.
The umami taste is a long-lasting taste, enveloping and tasty!
It causes salivation and a sensation of fur on the tongue, stimulating the throat, palate and back of the tongue.
